Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using ConnectorProfile.com or any Connector Profile assessment service. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ConnectorProfile.com, creating an account, taking an assessment, or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

The Natework Group LLC, dba Connector Profile provides: the free Connector Profile Snapshot™ assessment, the paid Connector Profile Professional™ assessment and report, the Connector Development Plan™ subscription (online interactive workbook journal), subscription services including the Connector Growth Membership with group coaching sessions, and organizational services including team assessments and reports.

3. Important Disclaimers: Please Read

3.1 Professional Development Instrument Only

Connector Profile is a professional development and self-reflection instrument. It is NOT:

• A clinical psychological assessment
• A diagnostic instrument for any mental health condition
• A medical evaluation of any kind
• A validated employment selection tool
• A predictor of job performance, success, or earnings
• An indicator of fixed or permanent personality traits

Connector Profile results must NOT be used for: hiring decisions, employment screening, promotion decisions, performance evaluations, or any legally regulated employment process.

3.2 Results Reflect Current Behavior Patterns

Your Connector Profile reflects your self-reported responses at a specific point in time. Results describe current behavioral patterns, not fixed character traits. These behaviors can and do change with intentional development.

3.3 No Guarantee of Outcomes

Connector Profile does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including job offers, career advancement, sales results, network growth, or any measurable change in professional performance. Results and recommendations are for informational and developmental purposes only.

3.4 Not a Substitute for Professional Advice

Our services do not constitute career counseling, therapy, coaching, legal, financial, or HR advice. For specific professional needs, consult a qualified professional.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Our services are intended for professional development purposes only.

5. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Free accounts are limited to one per individual.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the assessment scoring algorithm or item bank
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute assessment content without written permission
• Attempt to manipulate assessment results
• Use our services in any way that violates applicable law
• Use our services for hiring, employment screening, or selection decisions
• Represent our assessment as clinically validated or as an employment selection tool

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ConnectorProfile.com, including assessment questions, scoring algorithms, archetypes, reports, copy, design, and branding, is the property of The Natework Group LLC, dba Connector Profile and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"Connector Profile®," "Connector Score™," "Connector Profile Snapshot™," "Connector Profile Professional™," and "Opportunity Readiness Score™" are trademarks of The Natework Group LLC, dba Connector Profile.

Upon purchase of a product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use that product for your own professional development purposes only.

8. Purchases and Payments

All prices are in US dollars. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your credit card information.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on paid reports and the Premium Package. If you complete your assessment, receive your report, and are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Nothing here limits any statutory withdrawal or cancellation right you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence, which may give you additional or different rights. Refunds are not available for subscription fees for months already accessed or for fully downloaded content, except where required by law.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period.

9. Privacy and Data

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You have the rights described there, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.

As described in Section 5 of our Privacy Policy, we may create and use de-identified data internally to improve our products and conduct statistical validation and research studies; we do not share or license it with any outside organization. Separately, if you take our IPIP personality assessment, opting in to research data use is always optional, for either the free short form or the paid version - see Section 5.1 of our Privacy Policy for the full terms. This does not change our commitment to never share your individually identifiable information with third parties, beyond the service providers described in Section 4 of our Privacy Policy, without your explicit consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any warranty, liability, or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Natework Group LLC, dba Connector Profile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in this section limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California as to matters not covered by mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection law, without regard to conflict of laws principles - except that, if you are a consumer habitually resident in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory rules of the law of your own country of residence that would otherwise apply, and you may bring proceedings in relation to these Terms in the courts of your own country of residence, as well as in California.

Unlike our US Terms of Use, these Terms do not require binding arbitration, and do not include a class-action or jury-trial waiver, for users located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland. Nothing here limits your right, under Article 79 GDPR (and the equivalent UK GDPR provision), to bring proceedings in the courts of the member state (or, for the UK, the courts of the UK) where you habitually reside, for any claim relating to our processing of your personal data. Nothing here affects your right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority - see Section 13 of our Privacy Policy.

We encourage resolving disputes informally first: contact us at support@ConnectorProfile.com and we will make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue directly.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and, for registered users, by email. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
