It is NOT validated for employment selection, hiring decisions, or clinical use, and should not be used for those purposes. Using assessments in hiring decisions typically requires specific legal and research validation standards: this instrument does not meet those requirements and is not designed to. Use it for individual professional development only.
Assessment responses and results are stored securely in encrypted form. We do not sell your personal data. The Professional report (15–25 pages) includes: your overall Connector Score and Opportunity Readiness Score, all 8 dimension scores with narrative interpretation, your full Connector Type analysis, your Connector Stage, blind spots, personalized development recommendations, guidance tailored to your selected audience type (job seeker, sales pro, etc.), and recommended next resources.
Yes. The free Snapshot can be retaken anytime. We recommend retaking the Professional assessment every 6 months to see how your behaviors have evolved. Every retake automatically appears on your dashboard's Connector Growth Chart, which plots your Connector Score™ and Opportunity Readiness over time so you can see measurable progress.
Yes. For teams and organizations, we offer group pricing and admin-generated access codes that provide free or discounted access to the Professional assessment. Contact us for team pricing. If you received an access code (for example from a workshop, employer, or program), enter it in the promo code box at the top of this page.
You can cancel the Connector Development Plan or Growth Membership anytime from your account settings' Billing & Subscription section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. We don't refund fees for months already accessed.
